e-Learning
e-Learning content generally aims to bring the best of face-to-face and group learning to a learner’s screen to allow them to learn at a pace, place and time to suit them.
We have worked extensively with both the writing of e-learning content and the technical underpinnings (working with partners to produce e-learning packages). Our work includes the specification, development, deployment and support of e-learning products for a range of UK public sector clients. We also undertake technical research work in e-learning, for example in areas of metadata, content aggregation and discovery, interoperability and content standards and development tools.
We have a detailed understanding of the practical application of modern pedagogies to e-learning and blended learning approaches (for example, the effective use of assessment for learning, dynamic learning plans, social constructivism using social tools, integration with VLEs). As education specialists offering turnkey project management, we have experience of managing groups of technical contractors to produce complete e-learning programmes.
